About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to support students in our dynamic school. As an SEN TA, you will work closely with the class teacher to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students with ASD. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in an educational setting.

The role involves providing tailored support to students with ASD, helping them to engage with the curriculum and develop key skills. You will also implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor the progress of students against set targets. Collaborating with the SENCO and other professionals is crucial to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
