SEN Teaching Assistant Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Cheshunt. As a specialist in managing and improving the behaviours of students requiring additional support, you will play a vital role in making a tangible difference in the lives of Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils.

Responsibilities:- Support students displaying challenging behaviours
- Implement strategies to improve student behaviour
- Work closely with the SEN department to develop individualised plans
- Experience working with children with challenging behaviours
- Knowledge of SEN, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
£85-£100 per day, plus excellent benefits package including paid holidays and training opportunities.
