Job Title: Specialist SEMH Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a specialism in SEMH needs to join our inclusive school in Cheshunt, London. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who require extra support to thrive academically and socially.

About the Role:
In this full-time, long-term role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. You will work collaboratively with our teaching staff to provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.

Requirements:
We are looking for a passionate and patient individual with experience working with children with SEMH needs. A strong understanding of child development and behavior is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are committed to providing high-quality support to students and are eager to make a difference in their lives, we would love to hear from you.

Working Conditions:
This role is based in our school in Cheshunt, London, and requires a flexible approach to working hours. You will be expected to work closely with our teaching staff and other support professionals to ensure that our students receive the best possible support.

Salary: £85-£100 per day
