SEN Teaching Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in SEMH needs to join our supportive team in Cheshunt, London. In this full-time, long-term role, you will work closely with students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who require extra support to thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who require extra support to thrive academically and socially
- Provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with our teaching staff to provide high-quality support to students
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs
- Strong understanding of child development and behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
- Based in our school in Cheshunt, London
- Flexible approach to working hours
Salary: £85-£100 per day
