">The Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to support a small group of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. As an SEN TA, you will work closely with the class teacher to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students with ASD.

- Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support students with ASD.">
- Collaborating with the SENCO and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.">
- Providing training and support to colleagues on SEN practices and strategies for supporting children with ASD.">
About You
">We are looking for someone with experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in an educational setting. A solid understanding of SEN practices and strategies for supporting children with ASD is essential. Strong leadership and mentoring skills are also required.
