Maintenance Engineering Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Team Leader to join our team at Marshalls PLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our maintenance team, ensuring the effective maintenance of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team, ensuring effective team performance and delivery of maintenance objectives.
  • Review and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion and minimizing downtime.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, including planned preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering, with a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification, or equivalent.
