  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team, ensuring effective team performance and minimizing machine downtime.
  • Review and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective planned preventative maintenance systems, utilizing data-driven analysis to optimize maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements, reducing waste and enhancing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Maintenance background (Mechanical or Electrical, City & Guilds).
  • EHS qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH).
  • Management/Supervisory qualification (CMS/DMS or equivalent).
  • CMMS experience ideally SAP - PM Module.
  • Experience of contractor control systems.
