The Role

We are seeking an experienced Scientific Development Engineer to join our Tech Transfer team. As a key member, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and prepare new platforms for release into production.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee pilot production lines of new sequencing platforms to ensure seamless transition to production. You will identify areas for improvement and implement changes before product release.

This role also involves running pilot production lines for established products to support ongoing improvements across our range of sequencing platforms.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a degree in a relevant scientific field and proven lab-based skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

A strong work ethic, motivation to achieve results, and ability to meet deadlines are also crucial.
