Key Responsibilities
As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Providing individualized support to individuals with mental health issues, physical health, and learning disabilities;
- Engaging individuals with hobbies and interests to promote skill development and independence;
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure effective support delivery;
- Building strong relationships with individuals, promoting trust and confidence.
Salary range: £19,000 - £23,000 per year.
