Lead with Purpose - Impact Communities

At Company Shop Group, we're on a mission to make a real difference in our communities. We're seeking a talented Community Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team in Bradford and lead our community-based initiatives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Community Shop in Bradford, delivering programmes and initiatives that address community needs. As a Community Wellbeing Practitioner, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing community-based programmes and initiatives
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver social impact and development services
  • Leading membership drives to broaden our social impact
  • Delivering in-house training and development programmes
  • Collaborating with housing providers and other organizations to deliver effective social programmes
Key Responsibilities

As a Community Wellbeing Practitioner, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality community-based programmes and initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Managing and coordinating multiple tasks and projects
  • Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong understanding of community-based working and social change objectives
  • Experience in implementing and administering data collection tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to achieving high-quality, innovative results

Salary: £28,617

Hours: 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday onsite
