Are you passionate about making a positive impact in your community? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team in Bradford.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our community programmes. As a Community Wellbeing Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering programmes and initiatives that address the needs of our community.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions to community-based problems. Your leadership and initiative will be essential in driving positive change and promoting social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver community programmes and initiatives that address the needs of our community
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions
- Lead by example and uphold Company Shop Group values
- Be flexible and adaptable to support the needs of the business
Requirements:
- Proven experience in community development and social impact
- Strong leadership and initiative skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly
- Highly developed communications skills
