About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Company Shop Group in Bradford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering community-based initiatives and programmes that align with our social impact objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of community-based programmes and initiatives that address community needs and promote social change.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective social programmes and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community groups, organizations, and stakeholders to promote our social impact objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our social impact strategy and business plan.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our community-based programmes and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in community development, social impact, and programme delivery.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly, with a strong commitment to achieving high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of social science and community development theories and practices.
