About the Role

Foster Care Coordinator needed for a 3-month temporary contract at Entrust Social Care Ltd. Responsible for ensuring placements are made and sustained according to a child's Care Plan and policies.

Key Tasks:

  1. Support Foster Carers in maintaining accurate records and meeting policy requirements.
  2. Ensure placements are made and sustained according to a child's Care Plan and policies.
  3. Work closely with children in placement to guarantee their safety and views are heard.

Requirements:

  • DipSW or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the HCPC.
  • Current DBS clearance.
  • Able to drive a car.

Working Arrangements:

This is a part-time position, working 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation). The successful candidate will be required to start within a few weeks' notice period and have a valid DBS and references.
