Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Culinary Care Professional to join our dedicated team at We Care Group. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality meals that cater to individual preferences and dietary requirements. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Culinary Excellence: Create varied and nutritious menus that meet the needs of our residents, taking into account their individual preferences and special requirements.
- Team Leadership: Train and manage the kitchen team in food preparation, ensuring they maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage mandatory paperwork, including COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
- Special Events: Cater for seasonal activities, such as summer fetes and Christmas parties, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
- Supply Chain Management: Order and procure fresh food and supplies from preferred suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
Our Expectations
We require our Senior Culinary Care Professional to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a deep understanding of the importance of dignity and respect in care settings. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
