Job Summary:

Clinigen is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our global customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and quotations, adhering to set regulatory and compliance-based standards.
  • Training and Development: Complete an onboarding training program and assist in delivering training to new starters, ensuring a seamless transition into the role.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and communicate suggestions to the team, contributing to the enhancement of our customer service experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer accounts are compliant and created according to their needs.

Requirements:

  • Language Ability: Fluent language ability (both written and verbal) for assigned region(s).
  • Education: Educated to a minimum of GCSE and or equivalent regional qualification.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and ensure great organizational skills.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable and dynamic approach to ensure the role mimics developing industry trends and technological developments.
  • Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages. Oracle system and digital experience a distinct advantage.
