Sales Director for MICE Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our MICE sales team and drive business growth across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Lead a team of sales managers and executives to achieve individual and departmental goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key MICE customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage and deliver the MICE preferred partnership programme
- Contribute to monthly and annual business review reports
- Attend relevant networking and trade show events
- Validated multi-property experience in MICE sales
- Annual international travel to key MICE trade shows and client offices
- Regular regional travel across all geographical areas of the portfolio
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
