About the Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Frontline Operations Coordinator to join our Ambulance Area team at Sja's West. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our ambulance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the Ambulance Area team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans to improve performance, quality, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication, resource allocation, and service integration.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Identify and report operational issues, suggesting solutions and implementing improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements

To succeed as a Frontline Operations Coordinator at Sja's West, you must possess:

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
