Journey Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journey Coordinator to join our team at Riverside. As a Journey Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a 'best practice' support service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and they receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring a seamless service delivery.
- Delivering individualised support packages to customers, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure that customers receive the best possible support and outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of customer interactions and support plans.
- Providing practical support and information to customers, including assistance with occupancy agreements and welfare benefit claims.
Requirements
- Experience of working with vulnerable customer groups.
- Experience of delivering structured support in either housing or social care.
- Demonstrable IT skills, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Riverside.
