Responsibilities:The Sales Coordinator, is accountable for ensuring that effective administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Team is provided in a consistent and courteous manner at all times. The responsibilities include:
  • To respond to all external customer requests on a timely basis with accurate responses
  • To ensure the notes from internal meetings are taken and that follow up actions are listed
  • To monitor and review sales related reporting, including the Monthly S&M report, Tentative Review report
  • To create sales presentations and any relevant support documents
  • To assist the Sales team and arrange Fam trips/Events/Site inspections and Sales trips
  • To be responsible for Event and Group enquiries, quoting of hotel information, rates and availability and preparation of detailed proposals
  • To ensure that all details of a booking are accurately logged in Envision and the client file is communicated accurately to the Event Planning team upon handover

  • You have great language and written skills in English
  • You are creative, pro-active, confident, a natural planner and customer focused
