About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Riverside. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualised support packages to customers, tailored to their specific needs and goals.
  • Co-ordinate the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure that customers receive the best possible support and care.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and support plans.
  • Ensure that all data is compliant with legislation and policies relating to data quality.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with vulnerable customer groups.
  • Experience of delivering structured support in either housing or social care.
  • Demonstrable IT skills, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Riverside.
