The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • New Business Development:
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the FinTech and payments market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and areas for expansion.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management (Farming):

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client queries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and support services.
  • Monitor client performance and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement of offerings.

Strategic Contribution:

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Track and report sales metrics, including pipeline activity, deal progress, and revenue forecasts.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development within the FinTech or payments industry.
  • Proven success in driving new business and managing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the FinTech ecosystem and payment solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
