Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Home Lead to join our team. As a Therapeutic Home Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily life within our homes, enabling young people to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of colleagues and facilitating their professional development
  • Undertaking a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management
  • Achieving compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations and ensuring high standards of care and quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above
  • QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce or QCF Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People’s Services
  • Experience and confidence to work with clinical and education teams
