Responsibilities- Provide effective leadership, coordinating the staff team, and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Promote team development, staff wellbeing, and reflective practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Residential Children's Social Care, knowledge of Trauma Informed Care, and a working knowledge of PACE. A Level 3 NVQ diploma in Residential Childcare and a UK Driving License are essential requirements for this role.
Requirements- A minimum of one year's experience in Residential Children's Social Care, ideally as a senior support worker.
- Hold a Level 3 NVQ diploma in Residential Childcare and a UK Driving License.
The salary for this role is approximately £34,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits.
