Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to work 4 days a week with full pay. The ideal candidate will have a holistic approach to care, able to work collaboratively with a range of key partners. Responsibilities include progressing OT specific therapeutic services, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and collecting and analyzing data to inform service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Progressing OT specific therapeutic services for individuals with complex needs
  • Managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Collecting and analyzing data to inform service delivery
  • Leading and developing therapeutic services to improve outcomes for service users
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve shared goals

Requirements

  • Occupational Therapy qualification
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience working with adults and/or children with intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults
  • Full valid UK driving license and access to a car
