Job Title: Children's Home Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Manager Lead to join our team at Purosearch Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership skills, experience in residential care, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of carers providing support to children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs.
  • Oversee daily operations of the 3-bed home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
  • Manage relationships with local authorities, professionals, and families, promoting collaborative working practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with children and young people with EBD and complex needs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
