Job Description

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

  • Lead the opening and setup of the new children's home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and achieving registration.
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations and maintenance of high standards of care.
  • Management and support of a team of dedicated care staff.
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the home's performance, making improvements where necessary.
