At Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Dual Registered Children's Residential Manager to lead the opening of our new children's home in Swindon. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of this exciting venture.

About the Opportunity

We're committed to providing high-quality care and support to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). Our new home will offer a nurturing environment where children can thrive, and as the Dual Registered Children's Residential Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the opening and setup of the new children's home
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and achieving registration
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of care
  • Managing and supporting a team of dedicated care staff
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies

The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing a children's home, preferably with EBD, and strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the registration process. You'll also possess excellent leadership and team management skills, ability to build positive relationships, and passion for making a difference in the lives of children. Relevant qualifications in social care or management are essential.
