Job Title: Senior Video Content Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Content Manager to oversee internal video production and manage a team of video editors and support staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the editorial direction of video content in collaboration with other stakeholders, including the Head of Social Media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of video production, from concept briefing and filming to editing and publishing.
  • Oversee the video content schedule and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Social Media to ensure videos are optimized across a range of social media platforms.
  • Manage the operational side of monetizing content, including rights clearances, content delivery workflow, and content optimization.
  • Own the editorial strategy on YouTube and output across monetized content on Meta.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing video production teams and overseeing the end-to-end process of video production.
  • Strong knowledge of video publishing and social media platforms, including YouTube and Meta.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven skills, with a test and learn mentality.
  • Ability to work closely with commissioning and other internal stakeholders to bring programme extensions to life on social media.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing resource allocation for video editors.
