Digital Marketing Role

C & M Global Ltd is a rapidly growing exporter of second-hand children's toys and end-of-line clearance stocks. This position offers a chance for the right candidate to grow with the company.

We are looking for someone with passion for marketing, who can develop original ideas and create engaging content for social media campaigns, blogs, and the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage organic (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and sponsored Meta campaigns for engagement and lead generation.
  • Produce high-quality visual and written content for social media campaigns, blogs, and the website.
  • Produce and manage video content for various platforms, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
  • Copywriting, design, and production of flyers, posters, email marketing, and other collateral, including brochures, infographics, and video content.
  • Regularly update the website, ensuring content is fresh, informative, and optimised for SEO.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Compile reports and statistics to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and analyse social media and website performance data to optimise content strategies and grow audience engagement.
  • Good knowledge of Google Business tools including Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrate Return on Investment for Marketing activity.
  • Contribute to a friendly, positive, and collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to assist in other office support jobs, if required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Marketing and a passion for reuse/recycling.
  • It is desirable to have a Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Professional Marketing or equivalent.

Schedule:

Full time: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, with 30 minutes paid lunch break. Consideration will be given to applicants wishing to work part-time.

Work Location: In person.

Job Types: Part-time or Full-time - Permanent

Pay: £25,000 to £27,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).
