Administrative Services Officer

Aldrich & Co. is a leading fund management firm based in the city, and we are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Services Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our investment management team, including preparing correspondence, meeting reports, and managing diaries.
In addition, they will be expected to use CRM software, process investor applications, and coordinate investor processes. They must also respond to client queries, attend meetings with clients, and keep files up to date.
This is a challenging role that requires a high level of organisation, communication, and time management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the investment management team to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing correspondence and meeting reports
- Managing diaries and coordinating appointments
- Using CRM software to track client interactions
- Processing investor applications and coordinating investor processes
- Responding to client queries and attending meetings with clients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements:
- Strong administrative background and experience in a similar role
- Excellent client-facing skills and communication abilities
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience
