We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Your Resourcing Partner Ltd. Based in Moorgate, London, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to develop their career in financial services administration.

As a Wealth Management Administrator, you will be working closely with one Financial Adviser to deliver exceptional client service. Following initial training, you will be the main liaison between the client and the Adviser, ensuring all meetings are prepared for, delivered, and any agreed actions are followed up in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will have effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be highly computer literate, with expertise in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience working in administration within financial services is advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

This role requires a proactive and structured approach to administration needs, ensuring the efficient running of back-office support and adherence to regulatory processes. Key responsibilities include preparing client meeting packs, maintaining accurate client and business files, and dealing with client queries via various channels.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £23-28K depending on experience, plus benefits including an auto-enrolment pension scheme and 25 days' paid holiday entitlement.
