Development Officer

We are seeking a skilled Development Officer to join our team at Belmont Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the effective management and implementation of Section 106 (s106) agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in creating sustainable communities through strategic planning and distribution of funds for infrastructure.
