Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with our customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Actively greet and assist customers in a professional and consultative manner.
- Maintain a commercial approach to role and operations, handling transactions accurately and anticipating future opportunities to engage customers.
- Assist in all tasks required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you can expect to earn a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive full training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
