Customer Experience Coordinator

We are recruiting a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at the Royal National Hotel in London. As part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will maintain a welcoming environment at the reception and adjoining areas, providing expert knowledge of hotel services and the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate individual needs and provide tailored service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Provide expert knowledge of hotel services and the local area to ensure seamless stays for our guests.
- Maintain a welcoming environment at the reception and adjoining areas.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A working knowledge of Opera, which is an ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE.
- Previous experience in a FRONT OF HOUSE customer-facing role or similar position.
- A confident and engaging personality, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to find resolutions.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance different priorities and remain calm under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £25,272.00 per annum, plus benefits, including 28 Days Holiday pro-rata increasing with length of service up to 33 days, free meals on duty, uniform & dry-cleaning, workplace pension scheme, £300 Refer a Friend Scheme, employee recognition and awards, social events, interest-free Season Ticket Loan / Travelcard Loan, and more.
