About the Role

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with Love Holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and build a successful career in customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer needs.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management principles.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
