About the Role
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and driving revenue growth. The manager will work closely with the culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Main Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and room service.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Plan and execute events and special functions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are preferred.
