We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist/Health Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert psychological advice and consultation to colleagues and carers on client care.
- Lead clinical supervision and support for psychological assessments and interventions.
- Develop and deliver training to staff groups on psychological principles and practices.
- Contribute to research, audit, and service development using research skills.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance service development and policy change.

Person Specification- Doctorate in Health Psychology or equivalent, with registration as a Registered Health Psychologist and Chartered Health Psychologist.
- Doctoral-level training in Clinical/Counselling Psychology, including specific models of psychopathology and clinical psychometrics.
- Post-graduate training in Psychotherapy, with accreditation from the BACP or BPC.
- Experience of working with diabetes and physical health problems, using self-management techniques and approaches.
- Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment in various care settings.
- Knowledge of whole life span development and the impact on emotional, psychological, and mental well-being.
- Ability to provide consultation, teach, and train others on complex topics.
