We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist/Health Psychologist/Psychotherapist to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention for individuals with diabetes and other long-term conditions.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based psychological interventions.
- Contribute to the development of service policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practice and current research.
- Provide training and supervision to junior staff members, promoting their professional development and ensuring high-quality care.
- Engage in research and audit activities, contributing to the advancement of psychological knowledge and practice in the field.

Requirements
- Doctorate in Health Psychology or equivalent, with registration as a Registered Health Psychologist with the HCPC and a Chartered Health Psychologist with the BPS.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
