Kitchen Assistant

The role of Kitchen Assistant is a dynamic position that requires a team player to work in all areas of the kitchen, including kitchen porter, basic food preparation, and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food to a high standard, managing stock and wastage effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Food Safety Level 2 certification (training provided within 3 months).
- Previous commercial kitchen experience is desirable, but not essential.
