Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food to a high standard, following recipes and health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage stock and wastage, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and that waste is minimized.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that the kitchen runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A "can-do" attitude and flexibility to work in different areas of the kitchen.
  • Food Safety Level 2 qualification (training will be provided within 3 months).
  • Previous commercial kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.55.
  • 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
