Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food to a high standard, following recipes and health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage stock and wastage, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and that waste is minimized.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Food Safety Level 2 qualification (training will be provided within 3 months).
  • Previous commercial kitchen experience is desirable, but not essential.
