Job Opportunity: Leading Electrical Project Manager Required

Caval Limited is recruiting a highly experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the electrical installation aspect of a major new build industrial development in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Project:
The project involves managing electrical installations on a new build industrial development with an M&E value in excess of £12m. You will work closely with our site team and other stakeholders to deliver the project successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the electrical installation team to ensure timely completion of the project,
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective project delivery,
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues,
- Maintain accurate records and reports throughout the project.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Electrical Site Manager position or similar for a leading contractor or subcontractor,
- Proven ability to manage electrical installation projects effectively,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
