Job Description: Electrical Systems Team Lead - Test Support

At Omega Resource Group, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Systems Team Lead - Test Support to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the electrical and electronic support systems of engine installations on dynos or rigs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the electrical and electronic support systems of engine installations on dynos or rigs.
  • Managing teams workload to deliver various projects in correct priority and report project status to management.
  • Responsible for electrical & electronic support systems of engine installations on dyno or rig.
  • Production of electrical installation drawings.
  • Authoring local procedures.
  • Maintenance of test department's cooling water systems according to HSG 274 pt1.
  • Stock control of maintenance and consumable inventory.
  • Administration of team's holiday, sickness and overtime records.
  • Support company's compliance with Data Protection Act 2018, following policy and best practice.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of engine test installations, particularly electrical systems.
  • Positive and proactive approach to changing project priorities and challenging new requirements.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
