About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Healthcare Compliance Lead to join our team in Plymouth. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in infection prevention and control.

The successful candidate will have a recognized qualification in Infection Prevention and Control, and experience in teaching and presenting. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description
  • Lead the monitoring, surveillance, and investigation of infections.
  • Advise on preventative measures and provide expert advice on all aspects of infection prevention and control.
  • Establish and maintain an effective system for preventing, investigating, and controlling infections.
  • Participate in local and national water safety and ventilation groups.
  • Recognized qualification in Infection Prevention – Post Graduate Diploma (Level 7) or MSc Infection Control or relevant Level 7 modules.
