Experienced SEND Support Assistant

At Classroom Teachers Limited, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team of educators. As an experienced individual with a passion for education and childcare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across London boroughs.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to continue working within the SEN sector. If you have experience working 1:1 within mainstream or alternative provisions, we would like to hear from you.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £28,000 and £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary, and we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized education plans
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery
- Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
