Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at McALLISTER. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with management and employees to develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics and trends.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
