We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at McALLISTER. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations, as well as leading the Health and Safety function and Safe Working Practices across the Company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with the company Information Management System
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Health and Safety Administration and Tender Specific Regulations
- Manage and coordinate safety training and induction requirements for all employees and sub-contractors
- Review and update Company Risk Assessments, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safety Statement
- Prepare and submit health and safety tender documents
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and regulations
- Ability to lead and manage the Health and Safety function
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have a strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and regulations, as well as the ability to lead and manage the Health and Safety function.
