Health and Safety Manager

The McAllister Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders. This role will involve monitoring workplace activities, developing and implementing safety policies, conducting audits and inspections, and providing training and guidance to employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols
- Manage and coordinate safety audits and related systems to ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Review and update company risk assessments, safe operating procedures, and safety statement
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
- Ability to develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices, and will be able to apply this knowledge to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
