About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our award-winning team at Avery Healthcare Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional personal care to our residents.

Your primary focus will be on providing high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services and promoting independence, dignity, and respect for each resident. This will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene care, and recognizing clinical risk areas to escalate concerns in a timely manner.
