Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team as a Senior HSE Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on the health and safety of our employees and the environment.

About the Role

As a Senior HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety strategies across our manufacturing site. You will work closely with site management teams to ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that our employees have a safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies across the manufacturing site
  • Work closely with site management teams to ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed
  • Maintain and develop the sustainability path
  • Implement site management systems in line with ISO 45001/14001
  • Provide regular proactive communications to key stakeholders on HSE best practice and initiatives
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Health, Safety and Environment role in Manufacturing, preferably Food as the HSE Manager
  • A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Systems knowledge is essential, specifically in Microsoft Excel

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, flexible start and finish times across the week, private healthcare, dental, and a 10% bonus structure.
